Ahmin Thornhill

Ahmin Thornhill (she/her) is a Brooklyn-born video editor, researcher, and production assistant currently based in Los Angeles. Through her varied experiences, Ahmin believes in the importance of integrating technical and creative communication elements to effectively engage audiences, particularly in a digital-first environment. She has previously worked with BET, NOVA, Essence, The Brooklyn Youth Music Project Inc. and more, utilizing video editing and research strategies to successfully communicate relevant topics for different audiences. Ahmin’s passions lie at the effective intersection of politically informative, socially conscious, and culturally resonant messaging in visual media. Ahmin has a B.S. in Film & Television from Boston University’s College of Communication.
